I used to be a Auguste Escoffier Student for pastry arts.

I was a student at the very start of covid. I was a student for almost three years but life happens and I was not able to finish the school and earn my degree. But, even with that knowledge I was able to be taught so many good things and how much I have grown since then is amazing. I Love all my teachers I had and continue to think of them whenever I am creating ,y work now almost two and half years later.
